Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return in accordance with our Damages and Issues policy stated below.

To be eligible for a return in accordance with our Damages and Issues Policy, your item must be unopened.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@kinghavenfarms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Our orders are guaranteed to leave our farm in perfect shipping condition. Kinghaven Farms Limited is not responsible and cannot provide refunds or replacement items for any products damaged after they leave our location.

We are also not liable for lost or misplaced packages, packages left in inclement weather, or theft.

If your package arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or is stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding replacement, insurance claims, or a delivery investigation.

Refunds or Replacements 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, in our discretion, we will either replace the defective or damaged product with a similar product of equivalent value, or you will be issued a store credit for the value of your original order.
