Why is my honey a different colour than my last purchase?
Honey's colour and flavour depend on the nectar source from the blossoms visited by the bees. Factors such as season, weather, and hive location can lead to these natural
variations.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Do you have a storefront?
While we do not have a physical storefront, we offer convenient local pickup and shipping options for our customers. All orders are processed through our online
store.
Can I stop in and purchase products without an appointment?
We welcome drop-ins during regular business hours if you wish to make a purchase.
However, please email ahead to ensure someone can assist you.

We are located at 4305 King Road, King City, Ontario, L7B 1K4.
What are your business hours?
While we don't have a storefront, we offer phone support during these hours:
- Monday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Tuesday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Wednesday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Friday: 9 am to 4 pm
- Closed: Saturday & Sunday
Pickup orders: you'll receive instructions on when to pick up your order.

Shipping & Delivery
I have placed an order for delivery, when will my order ship?
Our standard processing time of 1 to 4 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Times
Canada: 3-7 business days
Outside Canada: 6-10 business days
After your order has shipped, we are unable to provide additional status beyond what the tracking number provides.
My order arrived damaged, who do I speak with?
Our orders are guaranteed to leave our farm in perfect shipping condition. Kinghaven Farms Limited is not responsible and cannot provide refunds or replacement items for any products damaged after they leave our location.
We are also not liable for lost or misplaced packages, packages left in inclement weather, or theft.
If your package arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or is stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding replacement, insurance claims, or a delivery investigation.
How do I pick up my order?
If you have selected local pickup for your order, you will receive an email from info@kinghavenfarms.com when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Orders can be picked up at our Main Office building – the white one-story building to the right when you enter through the main gates.
