Job Description: The Kinghaven Farms youth beekeeping / production associate is a full-time, temporary position operating during the months of January and February.
The Youth Beekeeping/Production Associate will assist in the production of retail products, including but not limited to jarring honey, making lip balm, body butter and candles. They will also be responsible for assisting in the cleaning process and maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment as well as any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Experience an asset but not required;

Driver’s licence a must; we are not accessible by public transit;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs;

This is a demanding position suitable for a very hard worker;

Temporary position: January to the end of February;

30-40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: January 10th, 2022
Job Type: Temporary, Full Time
Wage: $15.00 per hour
The successful applicant is to supply their own CSA approved work boots, gloves and appropriate PPE; other tools and supplies will be provided by the employer. On the job machine and safety training will be provided.
